Katie S.
Burdorf directs branding, positioning, and
marketing for Wadley-Donovan-Gutshaw Consulting’s global
site selection practice. Katie has a 28 year track record in
location consulting. Before joining WDG Consulting in the
early 1990’s, she held consulting positions at three
location advisory firms.
At WDG Consulting, Katie’s responsibilities extend beyond
marketing. She also assumes prime responsibility for
selected account relations, interfaces with clients for
feedback on service improvement, participates on consulting
projects by obtaining customized information on areas from
field contacts, provides market intelligence to help WDG
Consulting maintain a leadership edge, and ensures that all
clients are receiving service beyond expectations. In
addition, she guides WDG Consulting clients into
transitioning other advisory services from strategic
alliance partners.
Katie developed her expertise in the trenches of project
consulting. In fact, a portion of her time is still expended
on location advisory projects--to still keep abreast of the
latest trends. Among companies that have been advised by
Katie Burdorf are American Express, APAC, Lehman Brothers,
Lowe’s, McKesson, Northrup-Grumman, Time Life, and Wickes
Lumber.
Ms. Burdorf attended MacMurray College and Seton Hall
University. She is a member in professional organizations
such as CoreNet Global (the corporate real estate trade

City Chapter.
